Blossoms By The Park developer EL Development is a home grown developer in Singapore that has about 2 decades of property development experience. They started out originally as part of the Evan Lim Group, a construction company since 1980.

Then in year 2006, EL Development, a subsidiary of Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd, launched their first project Rhapsody on Mouth Elizabeth. The project was a huge success seeing all units sold within a 1.5 months period. Following that, they launch their first industrial development Nordix which was sold out within a 2 months period.

From then on, Blossoms By The Park Condo developer EL Development have launched and successfully sold out more than 3000 industrial and residential units. These projects include Steven Suites at Stevens Road, Parc Centennial at Kampong Java, Parc Riviera at West Coast, Symphony Suites at Yishun, Illuminaire at Devonshire and the ongoing Pullman Residences at Newton.
